Body Oriented Inner Healing

Nei Gong, also known as Internal Qi Gong, emphasizes the energetics of the body as it cultivates the vital energy (Qi) and builds so-called a "reservoir" of Qi and circulates through the entire network of meridians and energy channels in  the body.

Nei Gong works not only to condition structural elements of the body but to also stimulate and accumulate the vital energy at a deep level, particularly the inner systems of the human body, such as the autonomic nervous system, central nervous system, glands, and internal organs. It works from the inner layer of bone marrow to the outer layer of skin cells. It is a comprehensive process of re-sculpting the body from the inside out.

Nei Gong Essentials
This 4-hour class is a "must do" for anyone who is interested in tapping into the natural and vitality of our bodies, allowing us to direct Qi energy to wherever it is needed!

The class focuses on the "natural" body mechanism and stress the importance of correct alignment of the body and postures so that the Qi can easily flow through the meridians. Once the body is properly aligned and the Qi flow is being stimulated continuously, it builds strength, healing, and nurturing to the body.

Nei Gong Internals
This in depth workshop focuses on the integration of structural alignment into focused breathing patterns to control Qi flow. Please call for details.

Nei Gong Essentials
Nei Gong is an internal art ("Nei" means internal, "Gong" means work) of cultivating the vital energy (Qi) to flow freely and smoothly throughout the meridians and to condition structural elements of the body. This internal vital energy exercise helps build so called "reservoir" of Qi in the body which gets activated for use.
