Qi Gong is a powerful yet gentle paradigm shift tool for
health and healing. It has been known by many other
names, such as daoyin (conduction of vital energy in the
human body), tui na (expiration and inspiration).
Combining focused breathing and meditative movements, Qi
Gong can be very helpful to improve one's physical
fitness, balance one's vital energy, and prolong life.
Qi is the medium which connects one with all things
in the universe. One of the purposes of Qi Gong
exercises is to strengthen this connection so as to make
one better adapted to nature. So, "nature and man form
an organic whole" is the core in Qi Gong practice.
Heaven and Earth Viet Dao Qi
Gong
This 4-hour class focuses on regulating Yin and Yang
vital energies within the meridians (the "ren" and "du"
channels). Participants will study and practice the
methods of opening up the flow of Qi between the upper
(heaven) and lower (earth) parts of the body. Consistent
practice of this unique Qi Gong is an valuable asset in
overcoming diseases.
Meridian Healing Qi Gong
This class will introduce one of the most effective and
important therapeutic Qi Gong practice. The focus will
be on the 14 meridians and collaterals. An overview of
the meridian flow will be described and explained,
followed with exercises for each and every meridian. The
participant will be expected to select the meridians to
concentrate on, depending on his or her state of health.
This is a two-day (weekend) workshop.
